Hello! I’m Jenee, a mom, a wife, and a passionate educator who loves helping other educators learn more about all things dyslexia, Orton-Gillingham, and Structured Literacy.
As a Literacy Specialist with twenty-seven years of reading specialist experience, I am passionate about helping children learn to read. As an Associate-Level certified educator with the Orton-Gillingham Academy, I help children of all ages feel successful and confident as readers and writers by providing explicit, systematic, and multi-sensory instruction based on the Orton-Gillingham approach.
I also want to assist other educators that are interested in making a shift in their teaching to Structured Literacy. I recently started my own journey which has been life-changing as an educator and I’m here to help other teachers that are ready to help their readers shine!
